Historic Home Wedding Full of Vintage-Inspired Charm

Molly & Dayne’s day was the perfect Spring celebration, full of vintage charm, a vibrant color palette, and personal details. From their personalized stationery to their meal to their getaway car, every part of the Grenier’s day told a story of their love for each other and for the people that gathered to celebrate them.

The private residence where they got married was a historic home in the heart of Oklahoma City. The stone pergola in the backyard was the perfect setting for their intentional ceremony. The backyard was also used for their family-style seated reception. The cozy interiors of the home were scattered with candles, books, and colorful florals, with the candlelit grand staircase and their four-tier floral wedding cake as the focal point.

Molly’s dazzling BHLDN bridal gown, along with the mismatched ensemble of floral bridesmaids dresses, meshed seamlessly with their wedding day vision. Dayne & his groomsmen wore navy suits, with colorful boutonnieres to reflect the bridesmaids’ attire.

While planning the wedding, Molly wanted many details to reflect her love for and relationship with family. Featured in her details was an embroidered heirloom handkerchief. Her colorful floral vision was executed by her sister. Her family’s restaurant, the Hall’s Pizza Kitchen, catered from their food truck for the last time at her wedding. Finally, the vintage blue truck they used as their getaway car belonged to her parents, and was formerly used as the getaway car at her sister’s wedding. All of these details were such an intentional way to honor her family.

Another one of our favorite details was the way they honored their guests. Upon their arrival, guests were greeted by a display of handwritten, personal notes to each one of them. This was such an intentional way for the couple to let guests know how grateful they were for their presence.

Molly and Dayne were intentional to spend their wedding day exactly the way they wanted — with each other and the ones they loved most, celebrating their love.

Molly & Dayne worked with Mikaela, who was their Month-Of Coordinator.
